Rooms here were equipped with great view, incredible views, the dressing table. We really enjoyed the venue and its stunning setting.

Location was marvellous and stunning, within easy walking distance of Bay of Kotor. Furthermore, it was really close to restaurants like vila marija which is amazing. We appreciated really kind and great staff and owner.

Wanted to see Kotor popular places and this apartment was decent place for exploring most of them. The staff were very very helpful, they looked after us. Really enjoyed views over the bay of Kotor. It was located in a busy area to the Fortress of Kotor.

My partner and I recently stayed at Dekaderon Lux Apartments for a week-long vacation. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the bed incredibly comfortable. We appreciated that the towels were changed daily and that the pool was filled with sea water. The pool area was never crowded, and we especially enjoyed being able to swim in the evening. Additionally, having parking right in front of our room entrance was very convenient. The location of the apartments, in a quiet neighborhood about a 15-20 minute walk from the old town, was ideal. The hosts were welcoming and accommodating, and the stunning views of the bay from the property added to the overall relaxing environment. we were thoroughly impressed with our stay at Dekaderon Lux.

we had a perfect 10/10 stay in kotor near to the old town, transport to- & -from, & taxis elsewhere and kotor. there was a nice pool and views of the magnificent bay of kotor. location in a good free parking area. café dojmi was 1 mile away.

Everything was perfect, I thoroughly enjoyed nicely furnished rooms. It was stunning to Kotor town centre. What's more, it was so close to restaurants like vila marija which is amazing, a nice quiet neighbourhood and the bay from Kotor old town.

This place is in a great location with easy access to transportation, close to the center of the city, and a beautiful spot for swimming in the sea, with friendly and helpful staff.

I had a wonderful time staying here, right by the water, with friendly staff and delicious breakfast overlooking the sea from the balcony.

The room was impressive and reasonably spacious, guests can use an electric kettle, a microwave oven and an air conditioning. Stuff where always great.

The place is absolutely gorgeous, with modern and stylish amenities. the rooms are spacious and offer breathtaking views. the staff is friendly and accommodating. the breakfast is delicious and comes with a view. the facilities, such as the pool and loungers, are well-maintained. There are also fun extras like tortoises and a small basketball court. Towels and bedding are changed daily. the staff is helpful with arranging transfers and providing restaurant recommendations.

Felt like a true getaway, no complaints at all.

Marvellous location short walk to nearest shops and restaurants and garden, and the room was impressive.

our longer stay at dekaderon lux exceeded our expectations. from the easy late-night check-in to the stunning view from our balcony and the delicious breakfast, everything was perfect. the helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed and the location was ideal. definitely the best place to stay in kotor!

pedestrian path to kotor is missing

We had a fantastic stay at Dekaderon Lux Apartments. The value for money was great, and our room was beautifully equipped with comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the charming Old Town. The staff, especially Bojana and Irina, were fabulous hosts - friendly, helpful, and always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, overlooking Kotor Bay and the majestic mountains. We loved spending time by the small but nice seawater swimming pool, surrounded by fresh towels and the lovely garden with tables and sun loungers. a comfortable and well-appointed accommodation with excellent air-conditioning.

The food for breakfast could have been better.

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. the apartment was modern and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. - the customer service provided by the staff was exceptional, from arranging taxis to ensuring the apartment was cleaned to a high standard.

There was a lack of shower gel provided, with only one small bottle for two people. We were not informed about the availability of pool towels, as there were no instructions given.
